Ran by a plethora of nurses, there only ever seems to be one doctor on the clock every hour of every day, Doctor Viktor Whale/Frankenstein. For any injury small or massive, he is the resident surgeon, OB-GYN, pediatrician, emergency Physician, Radiologist, Chiropractor, Neurosurgeon and Cardiologist. Don't be alarmed though. If he doesn't manage to resuscitate you, there's a ninety-eight percent chance you'll be wrenched from Death's door by reanimation.
